The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to the old town. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering a great view from the balcony. The bathrooms were clean and modern.

The staff, especially one particular girl named ALEX, lacked enthusiasm and seemed unhappy every morning. It made for a terrible start to the day.

The hotel is ideally located, next to the entrance to the old town of Nessebar. The restaurant has good prices and excellent homemade wine.

Room cleanliness. The room wasn't clean enough, it was a rug, a sheet and a blanket. Everything in the bathroom is perfectly clean.

Great location near the old town and with a fantastic view of the sea. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist us. They even provided printing and emailing services free of charge. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice balcony. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. It was also nice to have a pool available during our stay. the hotel provided good value for money.

The breakfast was just average and the dinner at the hotel was not memorable. We found better and more affordable dining options in the nearby old town.

I recently stayed at The Mill Hotel in Nesebar for a week-long vacation. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from both the old town and the beach. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. I loved the sea views from my room and the convenient parking offered by the hotel. The staff were friendly and efficient, and overall, it was a great value for money experience.

Very pleasant stay,comfortable rooms ,very nice restaurant downstairs.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, situated at a crossroad that allowed us easy access to the beach, old town, and a variety of restaurants, bars. We were delighted to find that our room was very spacious and well-furnished, with a semi view to the sea. The bathroom was also impressive, despite having a few minor issues with the bathtub. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, happily adjusting our reservation at every request. Additionally, the hotel provided a range of amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, a balcony, a sitting area. The free toiletries and flat-screen TV were a lovely touch, and we particularly enjoyed spending time in the beautiful summer garden with the swimming pool.

We would highly recommend this place to our family and friends.

Good views and location near the old town. The room was spacious and had a modern bathroom. The lobby bar and restaurant served good quality food.

The staff were unhelpful and lacked experience. The breakfast was inedible, with food that looked and smelled old.

We spent great time in brand new hotel The Mill. If we return to the Nessebar we will definitively choose The Hotel Mill again.

Some details should be repaired. For example if you take a shower, water is spreading beyond the boundaries.

The hotel is conveniently located right at the foot of the bridge to the historic city center, making sightseeing easy. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. The bathroom is clean and tidy.
